After waiting in a warehouse for a week, a pair of non leather shoes FINALLY (supposedly!) began travelling to Australia on the last day that they were to be in my hands. SIX days later they SUPPOSEDLY arrived in Australia and were “in transit”. Supposedly they were transferred to Australia Post.Australia Post know NOTHING of the package and still assume it is still coming from the Netherlands. No local contact number with Spring makes it nearly impossible to find out where it is. My previous experience with buying items online from Europe has seen items in my hands EARLIER than the original estimated times of arrival. In buying these shoes, I had allowed about 2 weeks after the final estimated arrival date for them to arrive if late. That time has run out and it looks like I will have to buy another set of non leather hiking shoes (for visiting religious sites) before I fly out in 3 days time. $200+ down the drain!After contacting Spring, they now tell me it isn’t their fault…….despite giving me specific, to the second, updates as to supposedly where it is. What a useless company!
