I buy a broken Akai GX-75 mkII from Spring Air. The picture of the item, was strange. It look like it has suffered water damage on the front of the unit. I kindly ask the seller if that was the case, and if he will accept 65 euro for this cassette deck. The answer was strange! He will not tell my what the fault was with this deck and if it has suffered water damage and the price was not to change. I ask him again why he cant tell me if it water damage or not or what the fault was on the deck. The answer again was i should look in the first mail what he wrote and if i cant accept this, then we wont get in business. I was very confused why he wont tell me what the fault is or if it is water damage. Well i toke the chance and buy it, and i was in luck. No water damage. The cassette tray was broken, just need to reassemble, adjust the timing of the mecha and resold som dry joints. New belts and pinch roller and the unit was playing in its glory. But im still very confused about the seller. Its feel like he don't want to give any kind of service and sound like a very old grumpy man! I feel sorry for his business, because THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN IT!!!! If i will trade my customer the same way, even if they are very rout some times, then my repair shop will not run that well like it runs today. ALWAYS SOUND HAPPY AND KIND AND GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE BEST SERVICE AS POSSIBLE, EVEN IF YOU ARE VERY MAD OR NEAR EXPLODING OF A ROUT OR VERY STUPID CUSTOMER - THAT is my advice for you mr. Marc Zakolowski...
