Extremely Disappointing Experience

I just had a very unpleasant experience with this company. After reaching out via email to inquire about a high-value item, I found the website's photos lacking, so I requested additional images before considering a flight to see it in person. The reply I received was short, rude, and essentially told me to review the listing instead. This response immediately deterred me from making a significant purchase or booking a flight. I informed the company of my choice to seek alternatives and mentioned that I might share my experience publicly, as their customer service felt subpar. I was then met with a sarcastic reply suggesting I see a doctor and a threat of legal action if I posted anything negative online. It's astonishing that anyone would think they could sue someone for sharing their honest opinion, and such threats reveal a troubling aspect of their character. I would strongly caution against doing business with this company, as they seem to operate unethically.

Terrible AVOID!

Just had the most unpleasant introduction to this company. Having approached them be email to enquire about a 37000Eu Cd transport. The photos on the website were less than revealing, only 3 and prior to purchasing an airline ticket to fly to see it in person I felt that requesting additional photos was a sensible option. The response I received was curt, rude and basically told me to look at the advert.That immediately put me off the potential 30k+ purchases and also buying a flight ticket to go and view. I informed the company of my decision to look elsewhere and that I would most likely review my experience with the general public as everything about the customer relations experience of this company screamed 2nd rate con men. I'm so pleased that I did choose to take my money and custom elsewhere as I immediately received a very sarcastic reply telling me to go and see an opthalmist and that if I mentioned anything negative about the company in the public domain then I would face legal action from their lawyers. I ordered my speakers before reading reviews, which then made me anxious: will it be ok? Did I make a mistake? But they arrived and they work fine. So... it is OK!They lost one star because the delivery guy did not want to bring the package up and left it in the hallway...

HELLOI ORDERED A SONY PRODUCT THAT ARRIVED IN A WELL MADE PACKAGE BUT WAS HIT BY A BLOW, BREAKING PART OF THE CABINET PAINT AND BENDING THE RECORDING VOLUME CONTROL.I PAID 2,000 EURO FOR THE PRODUCT, I SENT AN EMAIL WITH ALL THE PHOTOS OF THE OPENING OF THE PACKAGE AND WITH THE DAMAGE SUFFERED.ANSWER? YOU HAVE A VOUCHER OF 50.00 EUROS TO SPEND IN OUR RECORD STORE!!!!A REAL ALMS FROM PEOPLE WHO KNOW NO SHAME.POOR THINGS!!!!

I ordered a digital amplifier from them, the order arrived in Slovakia. Everything was perfect. The packaging was sturdy and good. The amplifier was tested before shipping. The packaging was original with all accessories. It also included a manual. The amplifier worked perfectly after unpacking. Not a single error occurred. It has been working perfectly ever since. The inside of the amplifier was also perfect like new. It wasn't tampered with, everything was original. Thank you very much. It was a good purchase. I was not disappointed in them.

I buy a broken Akai GX-75 mkII from Spring Air. The picture of the item, was strange. It look like it has suffered water damage on the front of the unit. I kindly ask the seller if that was the case, and if he will accept 65 euro for this cassette deck. The answer was strange! He will not tell my what the fault was with this deck and if it has suffered water damage and the price was not to change. I ask him again why he cant tell me if it water damage or not or what the fault was on the deck. The answer again was i should look in the first mail what he wrote and if i cant accept this, then we wont get in business. I was very confused why he wont tell me what the fault is or if it is water damage. Well i toke the chance and buy it, and i was in luck. No water damage. The cassette tray was broken, just need to reassemble, adjust the timing of the mecha and resold som dry joints. New belts and pinch roller and the unit was playing in its glory. But im still very confused about the seller. Its feel like he don't want to give any kind of service and sound like a very old grumpy man! I feel sorry for his business, because THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN IT!!!! If i will trade my customer the same way, even if they are very rout some times, then my repair shop will not run that well like it runs today. ALWAYS SOUND HAPPY AND KIND AND GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE BEST SERVICE AS POSSIBLE, EVEN IF YOU ARE VERY MAD OR NEAR EXPLODING OF A ROUT OR VERY STUPID CUSTOMER - THAT is my advice for you mr. Marc Zakolowski...

I bought a vintage Luxman Amplifier L45a

I bought a vintage Luxman L45a Amplifier, advertised on Kleinanzeigen from this company, what a shower of chancers, it was advertised as fully refurbished, (3 times this was verified to me in messages) nothing was done to it, I had to open the amp, as a technician I examined the unit and had to clean and service the potentiometers all corroded and distorted sound,(at my own expense) no components changed,it was original like left factory only then it was working, there was also a hiss on the phono board, I would never recomend anyone to buy from this shower of gangsters, i asked for money back not entertained, i asked to see the job card in relation to the service of item,i was told not company practice, I was also told i would not be entertained further because of my tone.i had to result in making a claim through paypal for refund and lay at the loss of cost of return shipping for an item sold under false pretenses. Do NOT BUY or support this company your hard earned money can be spent better elswhere, where you will get what you pay for.

very bad experience

One star is too much for this place - I have to agree. My equipment (DENON DCD 1800R, 200EUR) have arrived defect without function. They will write to you then if you ask what does it mean - it worked for us , no money back, no returns, not a hint of helpfulness. Disaster, avoid it .
