Extremely Disappointing Experience

After reaching out via email to inquire about a high-value item, I found the website's photos lacking, so I requested additional images before considering a flight to see it in person. The reply I received was short, rude, and essentially told me to review the listing instead. This response immediately deterred me from making a significant purchase or booking a flight. I informed the company of my choice to seek alternatives and mentioned that I might share my experience publicly, as their customer service felt subpar. I was then met with a sarcastic reply suggesting I see a doctor and a threat of legal action if I posted anything negative online. It's astonishing that anyone would think they could sue someone for sharing their honest opinion, and such threats reveal a troubling aspect of their character. I would strongly caution against doing business with this company, as they seem to operate unethically.
