Spring Health is an absolutely horrible organization. Its video platform is a shambles; you lose at least 10 minutes per session just trying to connect with your therapist.Their billing practices are despicable as well. They sent me an email stating that I had sessions left, so I scheduled. I scheduled a session, then they bilked me stating that the original email had been sent in error! I’ve asked several times to escalate and they have not done so, choosing to continue to bill me and taking no ownership for their error whatsoever.
