Well when I was registering on their website there were many issues with it's structure and its not

Well when I was registering on their website there were many issues with it's structure and its not very user friendly. Should have realized then it was going to get worse. They do provide a quarterly debit card for OTC. I I registered the card.. did all the web site said was needed. Went to use the card as credit, which is recommended.. It requires a pin to use ... LOL. I put in a call to customer service, the person had no clue how the website was setup, giving instructions on how to use it.. finally my request to change the pin number was addressed. They said due to tech. issues it wasn't possible at this time to do that.. so I asked for the list of approved vendors and the response was I can recite them to you over the phone... I suggested why don't you email me the list... No I will not email it.. you listen or you will not get it..

I hung up and now I am posting this review

Feeling Frustrated
Cannot get ahold of anyone / billing

I havent even had my first appointment. I have been trying for two weeks to find out why my appointments (supposed to be free) are all labeled that they are at a cost. Their help chat (bad AI) puts in a ticket that goes to another canned (bad AI) response that doesnt answer your questions.Honestly for mental health care, this has been so frustrating and not worth it. These companies just want us to stay bad so they can predatorily profit off us.

Extreme Unprofessionalism and Shocking…

Extreme Unprofessionalism and Shocking Refusal of Care—Do NOT Trust Your Mental Health HereRating: 1 / 5 StarsI am writing this review with deep disappointment and concern after a devastating experience with Paul Thompson through the Spring Health platform. My son, who is suffering from severe depression and anxiety, desperately needed help, and we booked an initial session hoping for professional support. We were absolutely appalled when Mr. Thompson refused to engage in treatment based purely on a severe personal bias he held regarding a non-clinical personal affiliation of my son. He issued an ultimatum—either my son sever this non-essential personal tie or be denied care. This refusal has severely impacted my son’s mental well-being and is an egregious breach of professional ethics.A mental health professional’s duty is, first and foremost, to provide competent care to individuals who are suffering, regardless of their background, beliefs, or personal associations that are non-clinical in nature. This refusal is the professional equivalent of refusing to help someone in crisis because the clinician personally disapproves of a non-essential lifestyle choice. It is inexcusable. The fact that Spring Health maintains a platform that allows its providers to substitute personal prejudice for patient care speaks volumes about the organization’s integrity and oversight. Instead of making our situation better, this incident has compounded our stress and made my son feel worse. We are actively filing a formal ethical complaint against Mr. Thompson’s license. I strongly caution anyone seeking mental health treatment to avoid Spring Health, as their platform appears to lack the necessary quality control to ensure patients receive unbiased, ethical, and professional care when they need it most.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed With…

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed With Spring HealthI normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with Spring Health has been incredibly frustrating. One of the therapists actually ended up arguing with me during our session, which made me feel unheard and even more stressed than before. Therapy should feel supportive, not combative. My next attempt wasn’t any better. The new therapist hardly remembered anything I had shared in our previous session. I had to repeat personal information and concerns I had already opened up about, which was upsetting and made the whole process feel pointless.Overall, I didn’t feel supported, understood, or respected. For a service that emphasizes mental-health care, the inconsistency and lack of professionalism were really disappointing. I truly hope they improve, but I won’t be returning.

Scam

Scam - they give 10 “free” sessions to certain employees of companies but then charge you if you have to miss one. It’s clearly not “free”

My whole experience was terrible

My whole experience was terrible. I used this service as it is part of the employee support program. I was looking for maintenance therapy. From initial engagement to scheduling to billing it was terrible. As a mental health provider the therapist was mediocre at best and was unwilling to maintain appointments at consistent times. I had to cancel an appointment 6 hours prior to the appointment due to issues that came up as a mother with two young children. I got charged a 200 fee for no-showing. In addition they just charged my card this fee. As a professional who has worked in a few mental health settings this is not how you treat your clients. I would never recommend this company. It is better to just find a provider in network outside of this employer provided service.

Worst mental health support ever

Provider never answers me when requesting refill. I have to call and harass customer service every time I need a refill on medications I can’t miss (I’m not actually mean to them I know it’s not the representative’s fault). Also, I continue to check my balance every other week and it always says my statement is $0.00. Then all of a sudden I get hit with over an $800 bill? Stay away from this company unless you want it to stress you out even more.

My fav place out of the half dozen I'm near

There's like a half dozen similar shops within 2 miles of me. This has been my favorite bc due to both variety and consistency. Good prices and like a lot of places, do get discounts/rewards with each purchase. Lady behind the counter is always a pleasure talk too
