**UPDATE** They eventually refunded me and acknowledged their error, but this should have happened without me needing to argue. I had two negative experiences: 1. Meals arrived warm despite the summer heat, and instead of taking responsibility, their customer service blamed the delivery service. I had to plead for a refund. 2. After reactivating my membership, I was charged for meals I didn't intend to order. Customer service insisted I had placed an order, but that was impossible. I wanted to like this service, but it seems the customer is never right.
