Poor delivery and terrible food quality

I received my package and all the meals were mixed together. The food quality was awful. I contacted the support team immediately upon receiving my late order, but they refused to let me cancel and kept my $109. The only option offered was to purchase another set of subpar meals. I do not recommend this service.

The best meal delivery service!

I've tried many prepared meal kits, and this one is the best by far. The meals are incredibly tasty (even though I'm not a vegetarian, these dishes surpass anything else I've tried). I highly recommend them, and while the price is higher than others, it's truly worth it.

Fantastic food options!

The food is fantastic! I appreciate the low sodium content. Many delivery services claim to be healthy, but often their sauces are loaded with sodium, preservatives, and sugars. This service really delivers on health. The meals are fresh, real, and free from unwanted additives. I enjoy the healthy vegan choices, and it saves me time and cleanup. Yes, it's not cheap, and sometimes delivery is a day late, but the quality is worth it. I only rated it a 4 because I wish the meals were more affordable and consistently on time. Overall, I really love this service.

Regret not reading reviews first

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. It clearly stated delivery on a specific date, but it was still in transit the next day with a new estimated delivery. When I contacted them, they gave me an unsatisfactory explanation. I was really frustrated as I had planned my shopping around the delivery. I ended up having to grab fast food instead. I disputed the charge with my credit card. These meal subscription services can be very disappointing, especially when they charge you upfront.

Awful meals with no reimbursement option

I received my meals, and everything was mixed up in the packaging. The food was terrible. I called immediately upon receiving my late delivery, but they wouldn’t let me cancel and held onto my $109. The only choice they gave was to order another set of awful meals. I do not recommend this service.

Frustrated with customer service

**UPDATE** They eventually refunded me and acknowledged their error, but this should have happened without me needing to argue. I had two negative experiences: 1. Meals arrived warm despite the summer heat, and instead of taking responsibility, their customer service blamed the delivery service. I had to plead for a refund. 2. After reactivating my membership, I was charged for meals I didn't intend to order. Customer service insisted I had placed an order, but that was impossible. I wanted to like this service, but it seems the customer is never right.

Convenient and tasty meal service!

I absolutely love this meal service! The meals are delicious, and as the only plant-based eater in my home, it suits me perfectly. After cooking for my family, I often don’t have the time to prepare something healthy for myself. This service offers restaurant-quality meals that I can enjoy daily. Disappointing meals

The first order I received was inedible. The gel packs were thawed and leaking, and the meals were warm. Their only solution was to issue a credit. The next batch was just as bad. The Bean Burrito bowl was bland, and the Lasagna was overwhelmingly sour from too much tomato sauce. I ended up throwing away all 12 meals, and with no refund policy, I'm out $200. I don't understand how these meals are considered tasty.

Food quality issues

The freezer bags were not frozen, and the lettuce was wilted. Seniors in my household don’t enjoy the food. The cancellation policy wasn’t clear, leaving me stuck with six more meals I didn’t want. I realized I'm a better cook than this service.

Mixed experiences with freshness

I've only had two meals so far, and both were not fresh enough. One had wilted lettuce, and the other had brown cabbage. The latter lacked flavor, even after adding seasoning. I had to use a sauce to make it edible. This has made me hesitant to try the remaining meals.
