Hello SPRINLY, The meals were all nutritious and tasty and fresh, neatly packaged with a good description of the ingredients. All meals were unusual for me, and I was glad to realize that the calorie count, which was not noted, but every meal did lead to a welcome loss of a few pounds in the course of a week. On my own I tend to make things meatier with more cream or cheese to cause the main course to be heavier. IAm glad to realize that I can have vegetarian variety and still feel well fed, I believe that these meals are on the cutting edge of what may well become a standard American diet. Probably I am somewhat addicted to my mother’s old-fashioned recipes.
