These people are horrible! I too ordered the dog beds but only got cheap socks. When I contacted them they gave me a sob story about “high demand” and told me I could keep the socks as a gift until they could ship my order. Fast forward 5 months with me checking in every few weeks…I still haven’t received my order. I requested they cancel the order and issue my refund (per my order it said I would get a full refund “no questions asked”. They had the audacity to say I could only have a 60% refund and that I would need to send back the socks at my own expense! I had already thrown those cheap socks away and they were supposed to be a “gift” anyway. I told them NO, sent screenshots of the satisfaction guarantee, and demanded a full refund. We will see if the money ever comes back. I am posting negative reviews everywhere I can and all over social media! If anyone ever does a class-action lawsuit against these scammers, I want in!!
