If there were no stars I would have put it!! Same scenario as many here..ordered dog bed, got nothing! Provided a fake tracking number.. and most likely set up a fake customer service email ( have been getting lots of unhelpfully correspondence regarding delivery of package! NOT!!) YES , it was definitely delivered ( they screeshot the tracked delivery ) apparently Aust post left it in my mail box ( an XXL dog bed!) And the delivery contractor took a photo of my mail box where he left it?? ) Australia post has throurouly followed this up only to find no trace of them
