Bought a comfy bed with pillow and blanket. They told me it was delivered threw my letterbox.I informed them it wouldn't go threw a letterbox and no one has tried to deliver and there is always someone in. They constantly emailed me back saying I had to contact my post office. Accd to tracking it was sent via Evri. I told them they need to get hold of Evri due to them being the sender but they have refused and offered me a 30% discount on my next order. They owe me over £43 but refuse to do anything about this.Update. Evri said the item they delivered threw my letterbox was socks, I got those but it was not what I ordered I ordered a bed. The company has now offered me a 60% refund saying they can't loose out on postage etc.. I told them to jog on I paid for a bed not socks.. I don't even wear socks.
