I am sharing my experience to caution others. We had a formal contract with this service, which clearly stated 30% upfront payment and 70% upon delivery. I exported goods in good faith, trusting they would adhere to the agreement and pay the remaining balance after delivery. They also assured me they would prepare the necessary import documents and send payment legally. However, after receiving the goods, they completely failed to fulfill their obligations. They have not paid the remaining balance of €4,979, even after more than three months. Despite their promises to prepare all documents and pay on time, they never shared any paperwork, provided no updates, and continually delayed the process. Additionally, their behavior has been extremely unprofessional: they stopped responding to all messages, blocked me on communication platforms, removed me from the business group, and did not provide any promised documents. This delay and lack of transparency have caused serious financial and business issues. Based on this experience, I can firmly say that I do not trust this service. Their actions are irresponsible and raise serious doubts about their reliability.
