I am writing this review to share my experience and to warn others. We had a formal contract with this company, which clearly stated 30% advance payment and 70% payment on delivery. I exported goods in good faith, trusting that they would follow the agreement and pay the remaining amount after delivery. They also promised that they would prepare the proper import documents and then send the payment legally.
However, after receiving the goods, they completely failed to fulfill their obligations. They have not paid the remaining balance of €4,979, even though more than 3 months have passed. Despite promising to prepare all documents and pay on time, they never shared any paperwork, never gave updates, and kept delaying.
Additionally, their behaviour has been extremely unprofessional:
They stopped replying to all messages
They blocked me on all communication channels
They removed me from the business group
They did not provide any documents as promised
They gave no explanation or timeline for the payment
This delay and lack of transparency have caused serious financial and business problems. Based on this experience, I can say with certainty that I do not trust this company. Their actions are irresponsible and raise serious doubts about their reliability.

No documents were ever shared, no proof was provided, and no payment timeline was given. Over time, communication became increasingly difficult. Eventually, they stopped responding and blocked me, making it impossible to resolve the issue amicably. This conduct caused serious financial and regulatory issues for my business. This group appears publicly in various videos and claims to work with reputable partners, creating an image of legitimacy. Unfortunately, my direct experience did not reflect this. Failing to pay within the agreed 30-day period after delivery, making repeated excuses, and blocking the supplier is unacceptable business practice. Based on this experience, I do not trust this service and strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.
I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a resale box after seeing many positive reviews and expected the service to deliver grade A products. While I received many items, only a few were resellable, and several were not suitable due to sizing, damage, or defects. It simply wasn’t worth the money. When I reached out, customer service was quick to respond, promising replacements. However, after several follow-ups, I was told replacements would only be provided if I ordered another box. I didn’t want that; I just wanted quality items as originally promised. To make matters worse, I’m expected to cover shipping costs despite the issue not being my fault, as this is apparently 'policy.' Very disappointing, and I likely won’t order again. I hope future customers have a better experience!
