I am warning others based on my actual business experience with this service. We had a clear agreement: 30% payment upon receiving the goods and the remaining 70% due within 30 days. The goods were exported and delivered successfully per our terms. However, despite this, they failed to pay the remaining 70%, amounting to €4,979, long after the 30-day period had lapsed. Instead of honoring the agreed terms, they repeatedly delayed the payment, citing they were 'preparing documents' and would send payment once completed. No documents were ever shared, no proof was provided, and no payment timeline was given. Over time, communication became increasingly difficult. Eventually, they stopped responding and blocked me, making it impossible to resolve the issue amicably. This conduct caused serious financial and regulatory issues for my business. This group appears publicly in various videos and claims to work with reputable partners, creating an image of legitimacy. Unfortunately, my direct experience did not reflect this. Failing to pay within the agreed 30-day period after delivery, making repeated excuses, and blocking the supplier is unacceptable business practice. Based on this experience, I do not trust this service and strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.
