The delivery was very slow. Unlike other couriers, this one was really time-consuming. I ordered a water bottle through an app, and this service was the courier. I expected it to arrive on time, but it took almost two weeks. I placed my order on October 29 and finally received it on November 16. I hope they can enhance their services.
