They claimed to offer fast and reliable delivery, but that's not true! Their service is extremely slow compared to other couriers, which usually takes 3-7 days, even with bad weather. This service took over two weeks! It's frustrating when you have no choice because the platform automatically assigns them as the courier. I really dislike this experience!
