If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The service has been terrible. I don't understand how they are still in business with so many one-star reviews. Why continue operating without addressing the issues? Customers are left waiting for deliveries that are not made on the promised dates, and updates are nonexistent. I had to contact a representative to request expedited delivery after waiting for two and a half weeks. This is highly inconvenient and unacceptable.
