The service is extremely slow. If there were a way to give them a negative score, it would reflect their delivery performance. Other couriers manage to deliver parcels within 2 to 3 days, but with this service, it often takes 5 days or more. Once parcels reach the processing center, they require an additional 2 days for handling. Even after arriving at the destination, there is still a 2-day wait before delivery. This is far too slow for a company that advertises as "EXPRESS". Perhaps it refers to payment processing, but definitely not to their delivery service.
