New Broadband router installed over weekend, couldn't change to old SSID and password so arranged with local alarm company for a call from Spy Alarm technician. Within 10 mins I had a call from the technician, he understood perfectly the issue and assured me it was easy to reconcile through this telephone call. It was an amazing service, new router added to Smartcom box within 15 minutes, whilst he was on the phone talking me through it. The hardest part was removing the screw on the box. The technician then noticed I was on older firmware, said he would initiate the update and call me back in around 10 minutes - which he did and then waited patiently while I logged in to the Texecom app to see if all was OK. All in all, the service I received was excellent, the manner in which the technician talked me through the procedure was great and I am thoroughly happy with the result, saving an engineer call out. First class!
