However, the website is unhelpful and provides no clear instructions apart from contacting them via email, an online form, WhatsApp, or phone, all of which only yield automated responses. I had to reach out to my payment provider before getting any meaningful communication. They offered me to keep the items for 25% of the cost, excluding the warranty fee added without my consent. I rejected their proposal and am still waiting for a reply. I plan to escalate this with my payment provider for a refund and see what unfolds. I wish I had checked the reviews here first. Lesson learned!
