Everything went wrong. When ordering, pop ups showed extras, said "no thanks" to all BUT all were added at checkout without showing an updated total but went straight to payment. Worst one was "recurring payment" that they set up to take money every month. Fortunately, I saw that right away and cancelled it. I filed claim with y credit card and Paypal and received most of my money back BUT NOT ALL of my money. These are PROFESSIONAL CON ARTISTS.

STAY AWAY. The service claims to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, the website is unhelpful and provides no clear instructions apart from contacting them via email, an online form, WhatsApp, or phone, all of which only yield automated responses. I had to reach out to my payment provider before getting any meaningful communication. They offered me to keep the items for 25% of the cost, excluding the warranty fee added without my consent. I rejected their proposal and am still waiting for a reply. I plan to escalate this with my payment provider for a refund and see what unfolds. I wish I had checked the reviews here first. Lesson learned!

Frustrating Charges

I visited the site to buy two cameras using a payment service. After being redirected back, a pop-up suggested that buying more cameras would be cheaper, enticing me to consider four additional purchases. Another pop-up attempted to sell me SD cards that I thought were included. I got so confused that I closed the site without completing my order. Shockingly, I was charged $51 and $97 about 30 minutes later without finalizing anything. This feels like a scam, and I’m currently trying to recover my funds.

Confusing Experience

Do Not Purchase

I bought six of these after reading what seemed like positive reviews, which must have been misleading. I spent hours trying to connect them, unaware that they required SD cards. I even had a friend try, but we both failed. Complete waste of time and money, and unfortunately, it’s too late to return them. DO NOT PURCHASE these items! I would have given zero stars if possible.

Scam Alert! Check Reviews

Completely useless! They do not work. I followed all the instructions and watched the videos! When I called to return, I was instructed to complete a satisfaction survey via an email link and then respond for the return address and instructions. However, the survey questions are cleverly phrased. You cannot honestly indicate that the item is defective. The only options are misleading and shift the blame onto you. They don’t respond after that! I’m now reporting them to my bank, as getting them blacklisted seems the only way to deal with these scammers. I will update my review if I make any progress!

Victim of a Scam

I purchased this and realized within 15 minutes that I had been scammed. They charged extra on my card without my consent. I did not order any other products, and they failed to cancel my order within the first 15 minutes. They hadn’t even shipped it at that point.

Severely Overcharged

I was severely overcharged! I was devastated when the emails from this service arrived. I was billed three times, and instead of costing $100, it nearly totaled $400. I immediately contacted my payment provider to stop all future payments to these scammers. I felt sick knowing I couldn’t cancel the orders. Days later, I received an email saying it had shipped. What am I going to receive, and have they deceived me? They insisted on adding a card and offered express shipping. I’m beyond disgusted because canceling my order was impossible on their inadequate site. Warning: Do Not Buy From These Scammers!!!
