Disappointing experience with the device

I checked my device, which is only a year old, and it no longer transmits pictures as expected. I wanted to see if it still takes and records pictures to the SD card, but unfortunately, it does not. I will try a new card, but I'm really disappointed given its age. Stay tuned for updates.

Disappointed with my G36

I checked my G36, which is only a year old, and it no longer transmits pictures as expected. I wanted to see if it still takes and records photos to the SD card, but it doesn't. I'll try a new card, but I'm quite let down.

Older models becoming unusable

It seems the company is rendering older models useless. I have three that won't connect to a cell tower, with one having worked just recently. After updating with fresh batteries, I regret it. The only available software update is outdated, and after purchasing numerous models, I’m ready to move on.

The cameras didn't work right out of the box, and instead of replacing them, they want to send parts for repairs.

Satisfied with the service for 4 years

I've been using the service for 4 years and appreciate their reliable carrier for sending videos and pictures, unlike having to buy separate subscriptions. The image quality is impressive, and connectivity surpasses that of my phone. The option to pay month-to-month is convenient, and the cameras have proven durable in various conditions.

Frustrations with the micro versions

The micro versions take one photo and then shut down. The app provides a manual for a different model, not the one I own. Customer service demands excessive information before assisting, and I still haven't received help regarding my issue. Accessing support through the app is impossible.

Not recommending these cameras

I wouldn't suggest these cameras. I bought two for my remote camp, and the firmware updates require me to travel to them for fixes. Online support is ineffective, and they blamed me for the issues. I won't be renewing my membership.

Avoid the LM2

Don't waste your time with the LM2. Despite claims, the image quality is vastly inferior to older models.

Firmware update issues

The recent firmware update disabled my cameras. They suggested I buy new ones, and after weeks of back and forth, they sent a replacement. I refuse to pay for a monthly plan, so I'm stuck with limited free photos. The quality and flash range are disappointing compared to other brands I've used.

Confusing warranty process

I contacted support about a defective unit, and two representatives assured me it was under warranty. A month later, I was told it wouldn’t be replaced due to unavailability, and I was upsold another camera despite the same item being available online. Poor customer service overall.
