The expensive top of the line Spyra 3 stopped working after a few short sessions. One of the two LX Spyra water guns stopped working after a few attempts of use. I have emailed them twice in the past 5 weeks and have not received a response. I have just emailed them a third time, but since I am not optimistic they will reply, I am writing a bad review here to warn others away from this company. Perhaps the company sees this review and decides to reply but I am not holding my breath.
