If I could give zero stars, I would. I was searching for software to install on my son's phone due to some issues he was having and found this service. After reviewing the website multiple times, I thought it met my needs, so I purchased it. The only pricing options available were for 1 month, 3 months, and a year without clear tiers. I bought the 3-month option, believing it included everything advertised. To my surprise, nearly $100 only provided calendar events, notes, and videos. That was not helpful for my situation, and to access the features I thought I had paid for, they wanted another $80. I reached out via email to explain, but received no response for three days. The 'live chat' provided a non-working phone number. Communication has been rude, and I'm still waiting for a 'partial' refund. Their website is very unclear about what they offer. It feels like a bait-and-switch. Given the lack of a working contact number and slow responses, I would label this site as borderline fraudulent. I would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere.
