Purchased 2 phones for my sons with the protection plan. Phones were damaged and filed the claims, paid the fees, and are still fighting to get them fixed after 3 weeks. We receive numerous daily emails asking for the same information (receipts, pictures of phones, the boxes they came in, detailed description of how damage occurred, etc) We send all the information back every single time and get nothing but excuses (Can't locate warranty, can't verify devices, etc) So finally after 3 weeks of fighting with emails, we called customer service and was told that it is up to the Claims department if they want to approve a claim or not, and that even though we purchased a warranty for the phones, it's not guaranteed that they will honor the warranty. We are out two $200 phones until they decide to honor the warranty and fix them.
