Frustratingly long wait for replacement vacuum. Perhaps they should offer vouchers/gift card for the company you purchased the original item from...just a thought1. Filed claim 11.09.25 or before for my SHARK Pro Pet Cordless Vacuum2. They provided list of "acceptable replacements" not the one I purchased (this was pretty quick)3. I chose a vacuum and they reached out for my phone number twice even after I provided it4. I reach out for status on 11.12, 11.18, 11.285. Finally, 11.29, they have ordered the replacement (I had already given in and purchased a new vacuum) 6. lol I have a husky Who can wait almost a month for a vacuum?
