It was easy to initiate the service process, but the first company locally was slow to respond…was going to take over a week before they’d even come out. But Square Trade stuck with it and gave me the option of using someone else. That repairman came out the same day a fixed the problem. Square reimbursed me and added an extra $100 for my inconvenience. Can’t beat that!
