So I returned my robot vacuum to be repaired, because it would just die without going back to the dock. They sent it back with no information about what had been done only that it had been repaired. But nothing was different. I still had the exact same problem. So far it seems like they know how to send me a shipping label and return my vacuum to me, it’s just not clear that they are actually doing anything to fix it. I’ve just sent it back a second time and now it’s on its way back to me saying it’s been repaired. Fingers crossed.UPDATE 11/29/25So I received my Roomba J9+ back after having it repaired twice by Allstate/Squaretrade. And wouldn’t you know it died again. On its second trip it just died with its red light flashing. I have had a Roomba J7+ for several years now for my downstairs and I haven’t had one problem with it. I’m just beyond fed up and would never buy a refurbished product again warranty by Allstate/square trade. To their credit while they can’t seem to repair it they’ve always been responsive so I’m waiting to hear what they have to say this time.
