My computer that was a little over a year old would not restart after a move. I sent it off and it was returned working fine on a timely basis. I was told they might lose all my info. so I should back it up. Since it would not start, I lost everything. I'm still struggling to get everything back. What would have made it a PERFECT experience would be if they saved everything and put it back before returning it.
