Bought a ninja ice cream machine protected by all state. Item stopped working out of nowhere, filed a claim, was told after a week that they will replace my item. After processing the replacement, ive waited another week saying my replacement will be sent but no updates, followed up again and said they will process and ship it and wait for another 1-2 weeks. but no replacement arrived (almost forgot about it even). Followed up, they decided to just reimburse the amount through a check which i waited for another week. Took more than a month to process. But I ultimately got my check and responses via email so i at least rated it high. You need to have lots of patience waiting for it and really follow up.
