Recently over the last year, I had to file a claim on a appliance that failed to work for me, so I contacted Support through their website and filled out the information not even having to speak to anybody and after 24 hours it was approved. So they gave me the option of which one to choose from to have it shipped to me. I would highly recommend Allstate protection plan.
