When I 1st received my replacement TV it all seem to have gone well. The replacement TV didn’t work, had to be rebooted at least two times a day. It wouldn’t recognize my cable box so I had to use WiFi for everything. When I contacted Allstate to report it it seemed like I had a lot of hoops to jump through. It took a week to pick up the TV which I had to pack it back up myself. Now it will be 2 weeks before I get the replacement. Sure hope this one works or I will be done.
