Service was great, very courteous and patient. I couldn't understand what they were saying because they spoke with an accent. But they were very patient and kind. I followed their instructions, their website was easy to understand. I received my reimbursement in a very timely just as they said. I was very skeptical in the beginning but they did just as they said and I muchly appreciated their service.
