When i could not get my phone repaired at the first 2 shops i was sent to. (huge waste of time and money)They told me to send them my phone (with security completely disabled putting me at risk) for an undetermined time period that Could take up to 3 months, when i explained that i needed my phone to do my job they said there was no other option. I was forced to purchase a new phone vs get it repaired by the warranty because of this. I'll Never purchase Any protection from all state ever again.
