The computer interface to file a claim in a nightmare! The fact that you cannot register the new phones when they are purchased and have a record of them on the Allstate site is ridiculous! Once I called and spoke with approximately 6 different representatives, I was finally able to submit my claim. I was paid in a timely manner.
