My biggest complaint is the fact that I did not have a usable tv for over a month but in the end I did receive a fairly decent replacement. The tv is not as good as the original but it works ok. The first replacement was not compatible with cable tv service so it had to be returned and that resulted in a longer wait to get it resolved. I really think it would have been simpler to just cut a check as a refund on the original. I could’ve have it resolved in a week.
