It has been a nightmare and as usualAllstate is doing everything they can to not pay a claim they approved I have spent 5 hours on the phh h one back and fourth with their representatives and they don’t have anyone smart enough to understand that the phone number changed and we have insurance on the current phone number that the claim was filed under they are the most inept useless insurance company on the world and I would not recomend them to ANYONE FOR ANY KIND OF COVERAGE THEY SUCK
