Technician came out to look at refrigerator and stated I needed a compressor, but then reported that there was roaches in the back and we had to get a “infestation team” to come out to look at it. Well we couldn’t find an “infestation team” but did have someone come out to look and there weren’t any live roaches in the unit, just the casings which we could have just cleaned. So we had someone else come out to look again and it WAS NOT THE COMPRESSOR! Had nothing to do with the compressor. The technician should have been honest about what he saw. If we would have went along with his impression of what was going on you guys would have had to come back again because that was not the issue annnd he came a day early and didn’t let us know. 0/10 recommend! Horrible experience.
