I was told to return the laptop and then I would be refunded. I’m in school and can’t afford to do without my laptop and I can’t afford to buy one either while I wait for the refund. I was hoping they would have let me drop it off at a Walmart and get a replacement right away since I purchased it from them under a year ago and the issue is a manufacturer problem. I have to tape the laptop and keep stationary and continue using it. It’s disappointing to know I spent so much for the laptop and extra insurance and not please.
