It is by FAR the worst protection plan that I have taken!I would put a negative star if I could!!I purchased a refrigerator from Home Dépôt and it stopped working; I called the protection plan that I purchased, always my last resort as I hate making claims. My refrigerator stopped cooling and I lost all my food. The 1 to 2 business day became over a week and my problem is not resolved.I requested a refund but they are offering a gift card ... I MUST replace my fridge but I am certainly not going back with square trade protection plan! I have an excellent customer service at Home Dépôt that's unfortunate. Another point: I'm fully bilingual but there are a lot of people that are mainly francophone in Québec and a few times that I called, they did not have the option for French + called on Friday and was told it's a holiday!!! July 4th is not a Canadian holiday and was expecting a better customer service Dreadful experience and I still don't have a fridge.I want my money back!!! NOT a gift card
