Dear Walmart/Allstate Protection Plan/Customer Support,I am reaching out regarding my recent controller repair. When I originally sent in my controller, it was in excellent condition. However, upon receiving it back, I noticed that the rubber grips on the handles were ripped and torn—damage that was not present when I shipped it out.While I appreciate that the original issue I sent it in for was corrected, I don’t believe it’s fair to receive the controller back in worse cosmetic condition than when it was sent. I take great care of my equipment and was disappointed to see this damage.Could you please advise on how this issue can be resolved?
