I haven’t seen or heard anything from them! Allstate did not replace what I had purchased. Looked at Walmart and they had a machine compatible to the one I had purchased. They offered me a check for the amount of the machine I purchased but they did not send me the tax amount I paid. When you buy the plan it states they will repair it or replace it with a new machine.Don’t expect that because it doesn’t happen!
