It was easy to contact for repair service. I filled out the online form and was contacted the next day. I was given the number of the repair shop to schedule the repair. Parts were shipped to my house and arrived on Thursday, within 3 days. The repair shop arrived the following Monday at 1:00 pm. (The time they said they would be there was 2:00pm-3:00pm). Was fixed within 1/2 hour. The repair technician was professional and courteous.
