Only got 1 year, was supposed to be 2.

I purchased an item through eBay that was certified refurbished, and advertised that it came with a 2 year warranty through squaretrade/allstate. After I received the item, I was notified by an email that my 2 year warranty had been registered with allstate. I then logged into the allstate website and saw that there was a warranty, but it was a 1 year, not 2. I contacted eBay, who sent me to Allstate, who sent me to eBay, who sent me back to Allstate. Ultimately eBay agreed with me that it should be 2 years, and said Allstate needs to fix it. Finally someone from Allstate just said, it's 1 year, I can't change it, you'll have to call in (this was over a chat client). Every time I talked to anybody, they made me send in all the receipts and screenshots again... I talked to someone from Allstate on the phone who said they couldn't do anything and would need to escalate to a different team who would contact me within 3 business days. I did not get contacted, so after a week, I called in again, and this time talked to a manager, who promise me that I would be contacted within 1 business day. Got off the phone and eventually did get an email, but it wanted pictures of the item, so they could continue my "claim". I didn't even file a claim, the item is fine. I just want my full 2 years of warranty. So I took pictures of the item and sent them back to the email... and I got a bunch of emails back saying the messages was "undeliverable"... so they want me to send images, but give me a bad address to send them to.How difficult can this be! I've spent so many hours on the phone and chat over the past weeks that I'm probably just going to send the item back and forget about it. If this company is so difficult to deal with when just trying to get them to correct an exetremely simple error, I can't imagine the nightmare someone would have to go through to try and get a claim approved. In addition to the previous, every time I called, trying to navigate their phone menu was like a maze. If there are many dead ends. So many where if you hit a button, instead of getting you to someone who can help you, it says something like "go to our website, and there is information about that. have a great day!" and hangs up on you. I had to call back 3 times to get somebody on the phone, who couldn't even do anything.
