It took over 3 weeks, then you kept the computer and reimbursed me 30% of the cost of the computer. I've seen the hearings on Allstate ripping people off with assessment for home damage. CEO making 26 million dollars? Allstate Protection Plan is no longer a selling point.I read the reply from SquareTrade. The only reason I did the original review was I sent 3 emails to rate the experience, even before the experience was resolved. I'm not discussing this issue with a customer service rep who has a prepared script. The warranty was not worth anything. I should not have sent in the computer it cost me money to get a new one. I'm sure the underwriting for the "repair" is written in favor of Allstate. If Allstate or SquareTrade wants a better review it's not coming from me talking to a customer service rep after the fact. It's them not nickle and diming me to start with. All these corporations squeezing what they can from people and then want to act like they provide quality service designed for customer satisfaction. Again the Squaretrade Allstate warranty is not a selling point.
