Everything. You sent an inexperienced tech to my home to complete a routine job. Over 6 hours later he had broken the part.almost 2 weeks later uou sent the same individual back. He was at my home appx 2 hour and left. He told me his company called him and sent him to another job. At this point I had enough. I called the retailer and and cnx my warranty. I then hired a local appliance repair company, they sent out a tech and he completed the repair in about an hour. Additionally the tech that Aastate sent out did not unhook the washer when he pulled the washer out from the and damaged the water valve that had to be replaced. The total cost of the repair was $350.00. If you want to do the right thing reimburse me the $350.00.I called the
