I was able to get a repair which turned out to be replacement actually on my phone.It was a smooth process once I sent the documentation and they verified everything. I got the phone quickly via Amazon. I only wish that I could have gotten the same phone the black OnePlus open with the faux leather back but I am grateful that I was able to get what appears to be a new phone. I know that the black is readily available so I'm really not sure how that decision was made. It has been a good experience and I would use them again for sure and I'm grateful for the service.
