I contacted square trade regarding my shredder not working and have yet to hear from anyone. My last contact was requesting a copy of my order which I sent on 4/25/2025, and since then nothing. Where do I take or send it to get fixed or where will I be reimbursed for it. I would like to throw it out because it's just taking up space and is unusable.
