Took some time to talk to a human after going through the opening survey as to why in calling. Was told i was getting total amount charged to my credit card in the form of an Amazon gift card, after i completed an affidavit it would tack a day to email the gift card. Waited a week and no card was sent. After contacting them again i was told they no longer offer the cards and would send a check. Got the check about a week later and it was not the correct amount. it was short.
